| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment from credit cards including American Express and also Paypal payments. We accept cheque and postal orders, please write with you order to Creative Catalogues Online Ltd, 73 Thames Street, Weybridge KT13 8LP. Postal orders count as cash, and orders will be despacthed within 3 working days. Cheques need 10 days to clear, and orders will be despatched after this delay. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling We despatch all parcels within 3 days of receipt. In the UK, we offer three postal services: 1) Economy Despatch ( 5 - 10 working days) costs £3.50 plus £0.80 per additional item. 2) First Class Despatch ( 3 - 4 working days) costs £4.99 plus £1 per additional item 3) Courier Despatch ( 1 - 2 working days) cost £7.50 plus £1.50 per additional item, online tracking is available. In Europe, we offer two postal options: 1) European Post ( 7 - 14 working days) costs from £10 2) European DHL ( 3 - 4 working days) costs from £15, online tracking is available. European countries we ship to: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. We do not despatch outside of the UK and Europe. |
